Bukit One Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited, emerged as the highest bidder among the 5 participants. This 49,633 sqft plot of land has the potential to accommodate 2 towers of 20 Storey, a total of 158 residential units.

Eight At Bukit Timah is expected to have a preview in the second or third quarter of 2024. Prospective buyers can anticipate a new residential development with 158 units and communal facilities at Beauty World vicinity.
